“ Sam will lead you to places inside yourself you didn’t know existed.”

Alison Sackett | Brave Ink Course

Sam Osbiston is a Practitioner of Wild Attention who seeks treasures within Soul and Soil. In collaboration with her wild garden, she finds sanctuary and listens to its whispers of wisdom, which she lovingly alchemises into visual poetry.

Her relationship with the more-than-human world has been dear to her since childhood, inspiring the deepening of her earth-rooted practices and the materials she creates and scribes with.

Her writing and photography have been published in both print and online. She has contributed to ‘Women of Spirit’, a collection of stories by women of adversity, published by Silverwood Press.

  • Sam's poetry is truly a reflection of her values, where she weaves nature and advocacy throughout her writing.

  • Reading Sam’s poetry feels less like observing and more like participating in a shared memory, unlocking a forgotten part of oneself, while also speaking up for the little critters in the garden, as she takes one on a journey to reconnect to our natural world and to our true nature of the human experience. I always look forward to learning what she has to say, as Sam’s words inspire me to keep grounded within my own work.

  • Honestly, Sam’s writing is a testament to the power of words, which have the ability to heal and celebrate the beauty all around us.

Brave Ink.

An adventure for your Soul ~ deeply connect with your inner voice & bravely step into the wildest version of yourself.

  • Sam is able to hold space beautifully which allows for inspiration and insights to come through. Each time we met in nature which further enhanced connection to Self and intuitive guidance. Sam is all about magic and I believe that's what you'll leave with... A little more magic ✨

  • It was your workshop that I truly reflected on my personal experiences and wrote about my story as a form of empowerment.
